INTERDISCIPLINARY SEMINAR SERIES IN HEALTH EQUITY

Interdisciplinary Seminar Series in Health Equity
Tuesday November 5, 2:00 PM | Health Science Library, Room 307

Factors such as race, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status should not play a role in how healthy we are or the services we receive; yet social determinants of health – where people live, work, play, and worship do influence health. This seminar series will share research aimed at understanding and addressing health inequities. Students, post-docs/fellows, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend. Sponsored by The Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research and the Health Disparities Program. Snacks provided for each meeting!
