Use UNC’s Research Data Center to analyze local demographic micro data, such as looking at post-hurricane migration patterns.

The Triangle Research Data Center (TRDC) is part of an expanding network of Research Data Centers located around the U.S.

The TRDC has two branches available for researchers:

The TRDC is part of the Federal Statistical Research Data Center (FSRDC) program. Under this program, the Census Bureau and other agencies allows researchers with approved proposals to perform statistical analysis on non-public microdata from a variety of statistical agencies to address important research questions.

These datasets are among the largest and most important sources of statistical information in the US and many of them can only be accessed through a FSRDC.

This is a hybrid event, a zoom link will be provided later.
