UNC School of Nursing Groundbreaking Ceremony & School-wide Expo
We invite you to join us on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Blue Zone at Kenan Stadium to celebrate the groundbreaking of our new Nursing Education Building.
Featuring keynote speaker
William E. “Bill” Conway, Jr.,
Co-founder and Co-Chairman of the Board, The Carlyle Group and one of the foremost philanthropists to nursing education in the United States
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. and be followed by a reception & school-wide expo showcasing student and faculty activities throughout the School of Nursing. This event is free and open to the public and will be live-streamed for those unable to attend.
