The World’s Health Is Our Health: Learn How Global Health Impacts North Carolina
Don’t miss this webinar–a panel discussion to identify our state’s biggest threats and what we’re doing to address them! The ‘global’ in global health refers to the scope of health problems, not just their location, which COVID-19 showed can reach pandemic proportions. Members of the UNC Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases are investigators working to strengthen North Carolina’s resilience against disease threats. These same faculty investigators are also mentors, who power Carolina’s health science curriculums by putting learning into practice for students at all levels, here in North Carolina and through our global sites around the world.
