During this workshop, participants will be provided useful tips and tools for optimizing the reach of their work. Attendees will gain a series of strategic skills to help ensure their published research reaches a wide audience and its research impact can be tracked.

- Choosing the best journal
- Understanding open access publishing and author rights
- Tracking publications with ORCID, My Bibliography, and other tools
- Calculating research impact as an individual or group
