Learn more about the 2020 Census and the new Federal Statistical Research Data Center housed at the Carolina Population Center

The Triangle Research Data Center (TRDC) is part of the Federal Statistical Research Data Center (FSRDC) program. Under this program, the Census Bureau and other agencies allow researchers with approved proposals to perform statistical analysis on non-public microdata from a variety of statistical agencies to address important research questions. We’ll answer questions about proposals and the process of conducting research in an RDC. You’ll also leave with an understanding of Census data resources and what we’ve learned (so far) from the 2020 Census.
