As part of our upcoming Research Week (October 20–24), we are hosting a roundtable discussion on the future of Arabic language pedagogy and research. This conversation will bring together educators, scholars, and students to reflect on current approaches to teaching Arabic, explore emerging directions in pedagogical research, and imagine the evolving role of students engaged in Arabic language studies.
Participants will have the opportunity to share perspectives, exchange ideas, and consider how Arabic programs can expand opportunities for learners while advancing the field of Arabic language education. Your insights and expertise will help shape the vision for how this program might grow and better serve future generations of students.
