This presentation introduces a collaborative model in which faculty, research assistants (RAs), and undergraduate student assistants work together in dyads or triads to move research projects from data collection through publication.

Through panel discussions, these faculty–RA–student teams will share their experiences of the research process, highlighting how roles are defined, skills are developed, and mentorship is fostered. The panels will showcase how undergraduate students contribute meaningfully at different stages of research while receiving guidance from both faculty and RAs. By making the pathway from idea to publication transparent, this session illustrates how dyad/triad structures promote research productivity, strengthen mentorship, and provide undergraduates with the tools and confidence to engage in academic scholarship.

This is an in-person event, CLE credit event.
