During this workshop, participants will be provided useful tips and tools for optimizing the reach of their work. Attendees will gain a series of strategic skills to help ensure their published research reaches a wide audience and its research impact can be tracked.

– Optimizing abstract writing for database discoverability
– Writing a plain language summary of a study
– Choosing the best journal
– Understanding open access publishing and author rights
