Jefferson Pilot and James Woods Awards

The Jefferson-Pilot Fellowships in Academic Medicine are provided to promising junior faculty within the UNC School of Medicine, and convey the School’s confidence in their future. Similarly, the James W. Woods Junior Faculty Award is given to a talented junior faculty member specifically within the School’s clinical faculty.

From 1 p.m.-2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, the recipients of the 2020-2021 Jefferson-Pilot Fellowships in Academic Medicine and the James W. Woods Junior Faculty Award will be presenting 15-minute talks about their research program and work supported by their awards.
