SUMMARY:Research as Collaboration: Dyads and Triads Supporting Undergraduat
 e Scholarship
DESCRIPTION:This presentation introduces a collaborative model in which fac
ulty\, research assistants (RAs)\, and undergraduate student assistants wo
rk together in dyads or triads to move research projects from data collect
ion through publication. \n\nThrough panel discussions\, these faculty–R
A–student teams will share their experiences of the research process\, h
ighlighting how roles are defined\, skills are developed\, and mentorship
is fostered. The panels will showcase how undergraduate students contribut
e meaningfully at different stages of research while receiving guidance fr
om both faculty and RAs. By making the pathway from idea to publication tr
ansparent\, this session illustrates how dyad/triad structures promote res
earch productivity\, strengthen mentorship\, and provide undergraduates wi
th the tools and confidence to engage in academic scholarship.\n\nThis is
an in-person event\, CLE credit event.
