DESCRIPTION:Morehead Planetarium and Science Center partners with UNC facul
 ty members and researchers applying for grants to develop broader impacts 
 projects that make the outcomes of their research available and accessible
  to a wide range of audiences. As granting agencies increasingly demand br
 oad impact and the university encourages public engagement\, Morehead is a
  convenient\, high-quality partner for science outreach. With researchers 
 providing current science and Morehead providing content and curriculum de
 velopment and delivery expertise\, the result can be highly engaging and e
 ffective.\n\nWe invite potential science outreach partners to visit Morehe
 ad on October 10 to meet Morehead team members\, hear from past and presen
 t broader impacts partners about their experience working with Morehead\, 
 and tour our newly renovated\, interactive exhibit spaces including the Br
 eakthrough Hub gallery featuring UNC research and the Launch Lab\, our new
