 s and tools for optimizing the reach of their work. Attendees will gain a 
 series of strategic skills to help ensure their published research reaches
  a wide audience and its research impact can be tracked.\n\nTopics covered
  will include:\n- Optimizing abstract writing for database discoverability
 \n- Writing a plain language summary of a study\n- Choosing the best journ
 al\n- Understanding open access publishing and author rights\n\nThis works
