DESCRIPTION:Join us for an inspiring panel of women in STEM as they share t
 heir personal journeys transitioning from college to the workforce. Hear f
 irsthand about their experiences with internships\, first jobs\, and overc
 oming imposter syndrome\, while navigating the shift from academic life to
  applying science in real-world settings.\n\nToo often\, we become overwhe
 lmed with the quizzes\, midterms\, and final exams that we forget that sci
 ence in the real world looks completely different. In some ways\, your fir
 st job out of college is all about going back to the basics\, but in other
  ways\, it will challenge you to rethink everything you thought you knew f
 rom college. \n \nThis panel is an invaluable opportunity for students and
