  Innovate Carolina.\n\nCarolina Innovators Connect offers students and sta
 rtups an event that gives students learning and career development opportu
 nities with high-growth startup companies\, social ventures and innovative
  opportunities in the Research Triangle region. Think career fair ...but n
 ot! No suits or resumes here. Students should come prepared to mingle with
  a diverse group of businesses and founders in a casual environment. Local
  companies and nonprofits that are eager to work with talented students th
 rough internship and employment are given a free opportunity to post their
  jobs and mingle with candidates.\n\nThe first hour is a focused discussio
 n panel that showcases local startup founders and innovators\, offering an
  opportunity to hear from successful entrepreneurs. The second hour is a b
 road networking meet-and-greet session that gives students a chance to min
 gle with a variety of startups\, small businesses and social initiatives s
 eeking interns or employees.\n\nWe will also be offering a Resource Center
  for students and companies to learn more about innovation resources on UN
 C's campus and in the Triangle region.\n\nEvent Signup
