SUMMARY:A Path Forward: Collaborating with North Carolina Communities throu
 gh the Carolina Across 100 Initiative
DESCRIPTION:If you are seeking opportunities to collaborate with North Caro
 lina communities to address longstanding challenges and find community-dri
 ven solutions\, then this is the session for you. North Carolina is home t
 o people who continue to suffer the ravages of COVID-19 and to communities
  struggling with deep and complex issues exacerbated by the pandemic. Caro
 lina Across 100\, a 5-year\, pan-University effort\, charged by UNC’s Ch
 ancellor Kevin Guskiewicz\, will partner with communities in every one of 
 North Carolina’s 100 counties and bring the University’s resources to 
 bear in aiding recovery and enhancing resilience. The Carolina Across 100 
 Initiative embodies the University’s commitment to the people of its sta
 te and will create cross-sector collaboratives that bring people together 
 across perspectives\, geographies\, and ideologies\, in order to collabora
 te in ways that make a real difference. Meaningful engagement is at the he
 art of this work and those efforts have started right here with UNC studen
 ts\, faculty\, and staff leading the way. This session will include a snea
 k peek of results from our community listening survey and insights from st
 udents about their role in launching this initiative\, conducting intervie
 ws\, and helping analyze data. This interactive presentation will also inc
 lude an opportunity to contribute to a data visualization project that wil
 l be featured on the Carolina Across 100 website. \n\nClick here to regist
