 ity researchers. All are working towards developing solutions to reduce cr
 itical social and racial inequities. At this event we will also present th
 e Gillings Health Equity Faculty Research Award\, which recognizes faculty
  who demonstrate excellence in research that has made a substantial impact
  on improved equitable outcomes or sustained reduction in inequities in a 
 pressing public health issue. In addition\, we feature speakers from other
  university centers and institutes that address health equity solutions.
