SUMMARY:2023 CMAS Conference
DESCRIPTION:The CMAS (Community Modeling and Analysis System) conference\, 
 which celebrates its 22nd anniversary this year\, brings together individu
 als from the environmental modeling community with the goal of discussing 
 developments in the scientific and regulatory communities and industry rel
 ated to research in model development and applications for various parts o
 f the world. Approximately 200 attendees are expected in person this year\
 , with over 100 poster and oral presentations.\n\nThree keynote speakers a
 re scheduled to kick off the conference by presenting on the morning of Oc
 t. 16. The remainder of the three-day event will be divided into nine sess
 ions covering a variety of topics\, including Regulatory Modeling and SIP 
 Applications\, Wildfire Emissions and Air Quality\, Model Development\, an
 d Cloud Computing\, a new topic that has attracted growing momentum in the
  CMAS community.\n\nWe will also be celebrating the 25th anniversary of CM
 AQ with a panel of fantastic speakers. \n\nThis is an in-person event host
